How it all started
A Portuguese girl and a German guy walk into a wedding. During the bouquet toss, the bride throws the bouquet which ricochets in the ceiling and lands on the Portuguese girl's arms. The bride, excited, shouts "you have a year to find love!". What they didn't know was that love had just found her.
All evening they danced, talked, laughed (there might have been some drinking, too), and bonded over their shared love of travels and their experiences of living abroad. By the time they had to say goodbye, they both had a feeling an exciting adventure was about to start.

ORDER OF EVENTS
We can't wait to welcome you at Solar de Pancas, in Alenquer, on August 27th, to celebrate together. Here's what to expect:
5 pm - Welcome
5.30 pm - Ceremony
6.30 pm - Cocktail hour
8.30 pm - Dinner & party... with your help & dance moves, until the morning!
DRESS CODE
Summers in Southern Europe can get really hot, so to stay fresh and fabulous we suggest a Summertime Chic outfit. Think airy & colourful fabrics along with your best vacation smile.
Getting there
BY CAR
This is the easiest way to reach the venue, with local hotels between 5 - 20 minutes and Lisbon around 40 minutes away.
GET A RIDE
If you'd prefer not to drive, it is also common to organize a minibus together with other guests or go by taxi / Uber. As it is a rural area, it is best to plan before. If you need our help with this, please let us know ahead of time.
Gifts
The best gift is your presence on our wedding day. If you wish to give us more, we would be really happy to receive a donation to our honeymoon. Our biggest dream is to spend a couple of months adventuring around the world and exploring new places!
